Live coding at V2_

Found this very interesting. Have been following live coding stuff for a while, and have heaps of ideas myself :D (Personal project material!). Alex McLean's blog is definitely worth subscribing too.

This post discusses some live coding sessions at V2_ (Institute for Unstable Media) last month. Absolutely sexy cool ideas in this stuff. Here is the direct link to the video talk.

The mathematical nature of music is obviously well known and utterly fascinating. But on the practical side I think the distributed approach to music as a shared experience - listener becomes composer becomes listener becomes composer becomes.. - is very exciting.
